Recovery Monday...

Monday's are always the day I hope to recover from the weekend and the day I hope to prepare and get a jump start on the rest of the week.  This week however is the first of two Monday's that are "off" of the normal schedule.  I have spend today just hanging out with the kids, I know we need to still get somethings accomplished, but I so desperately needed to just be with my kids!  We had a yummy brunch (eggs, bacon, tortilla's, and orange juice) which happen to be their favorite...

We have done a bit of cleaning and will continue to clean when I get done with this post.

Laundry is almost caught up...YAHOOOOOO!!

**side-note**
In the previous post I discussed my concern for Joshua and his baseball adventures...well, the final game for the tournament was terrible and we played in the rain...baseball is not usually played in the rain for many reasons, but nonetheless, they played and lost 13-0...When we left, my husband and I were quite proud of our little guy, we together were building him up and encouraging him...it was a wonderful time.  Well later in the evening my husband got a phone call from one of the coaches stating their concerns and how the rest of the staff was down on our kid...they spoke for about 20 minutes and when my husband got off he was rather disturbed and baffled...our Josh is a very talented athlete and we want to see him excel on any team, it is hard to get on a new team and know they are sitting around discussing your child as though he were condensed down to a list rather than a strong and talented individual to be trained and taught how to be the best athlete he can be..(sounds like an ARMY commercial) We are both frustrated and sad for our little guy who is put in such a difficult position...This morning I made him a stack of scripture cards that I knew he could use to face this very giant battle for an 8 year old...he was thrilled!  He sat with them and poured over them and explained to me how each on applied, Praise the Lord!  I hope that as we work through this problem, our little man will come through this time stronger and closer to his Creator.  Jesus loves him this I know!

That's all I got for this random "Monday" post...

Blessed Monday
Tiffany
