Happy Thursday my bloggy peeps

I don't have anything particularly alluring to post, just a hello. I've been going crazy with some things in my world and it just stinks because life can sure be tough... But I had a most wonderful time in the Word this morning:

When the Israelites had just crossed the Red Sea and the Lord led them into the wilderness. They were thirsty. Moses cut down a tree and threw it into the waters of Marah and the waters went from bitter to sweet. I am in a really bitter situation right now and my temptation is to become bitter (I have bowed to that temptation a bit here lately). But I was completely convicted when the realization came that the tree Moses through into the water, the tree??? the cross, the Lords Cross which is mine through salvation, made the waters sweet! I know that the Old Testament is loaded with symbolism and it can be hard to understand, but this one was pretty clear, Jesus, because of His work on the cross, when applied to this bitter soul, will turn my bitterness into sweetness and heal my hurt, my aching heart. That is what I want!

If you are reading this and feel led to pray for me, I humbly say thank~you! But I also return that to you, if you need prayer through something you are working through, I am a willing heart to serve you in this way.

Blessings to you and yours,
Tiffany
